Seterusnya, ini mewujudkan kitaran provokasi dan agresi yang sukar diputuskan.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minggu ini, kita akan bergerak ke fasa tindakan. Namun, ada beberapa faktor lain yang meningkatkan radar HIA, iaitu bias tersirat dan kesalahan tafsir sosial.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gabungan ini boleh diibaratkan seperti menyimbah petrol ke atas api yang sedang marak lalu menjadikan percikan kecil bertukar kepada konflik besar.<\/span><\/p><h5><b>Bias: Tersirat vs Tersurat<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bias tersirat adalah kepercayaan dan stereotaip yang berlaku secara tidak sedar, terbentuk melalui budaya, pengalaman hidup dan pendidikan seorang individu. Ia boleh menyebabkan kita menyalah tafsir tindakan individu lain tanpa kita sedari. Kenapa ini boleh berlaku? Kerana sesuatu yang mungkin \u2018biasa\u2019 bagi anda, mungkin tidak bagi individu lain.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contoh bias tersirat dalam konteks HIA:<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otak anda mungkin terus melabel seseorang sebagai \u2018lain daripada saya\u2019 hanya kerana jantina, pekerjaan, bangsa atau rupa fizikal.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dan apabila anda sering melabel individu serta mulakan radar HIA yang kebanyakkan bersifat negatif, anda akan mula menafsir kata-kata dan tingkah laku individu dengan syak wasangka.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anda mungkin akan mula \u2018mendengar\u2019 nada suara yang sebenarnya kedengaran biasa dan mendatar sahaja. Menafsir komen dan perbualan biasa sebagai sindiran dan seterusnya akan terasa tidak selesa untuk berdepan dengan individu tersebut.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kajian mengenai dinamik bias menyatakan bahawa bias tersurat \u2013 perbuatan yang kita percaya atau nyatakan dan lakukan secara sedar, adalah sangat berbeza dengan sifat bias tersirat kita. Disebabkan itu, kadangkala kita mungkin akan bertindak negatif kepada individu tanpa kita sedari.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Contoh<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Bila bos tanya \u201cAwak dah siap ke kerja itu?\u201d Otak ADHD yang menyimpan bias terhadap figura autoriti boleh mentafsir ini sebagai kawalan melampau (micromanagement), walaupun sebenarnya ia hanya soalan neutral.<\/span><\/p><h5><b>Peranan Kuasa Authoriti dan Dehumanisasi<\/b><\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kajian psikologi mengenai kuasa authoriti menunjukkan bahawa individu yang berada dalam kedudukan kuasa seperti guru, seorang pengurus atau ketua pasukan berisiko untuk \u2018menyahmanusikan\u2019 individu lain tanpa sedar. Kesannya?<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ungkapan seperti \u2018awak memang selalu lambat pun,\u2019 atau \u2018awak ni memang tak serius langsung\u2019 akan menjadi perkara biasa kepada individu.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apabila perkara negatif menjadi sebuah kebiasaan, sekolah atau tempat kerja akan menjadi satu sumber tekanan utama, bukan saja kepada individu ADHD tetapi juga sekeliling.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otak ADHD anda akan lebih berjaga-jaga dan sensitif terhadap interaksi sosial.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">isebabkan terdapat jurang dalam kuasa authoriti yang sering meningkatkan bias individu, ia boleh mempengaruhi cara kita mentafsir niat orang lain. Terutamanya apabila anda adalah individu dengan ADHD yang tidak biasa dengan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">social cues <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">diluar kebiasaan.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nada suara yang berubah, jeda semasa bercakap atau membalas mesej anda dengan sangat ringkas boleh dianggap seperti penghinaan, pengkhianatan atau ejekan. Kerana, otak ADHD anda telah mentafsir maklumat berdasarkan pengalaman negatif terdahulu + kuasa authoriti.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Akhirnya, otak ADHD akan akan sentiasa \u2018mengimbas\u2019 ancaman dan bias tersirat akan memperkuatkan ancaman yang otak anda rasakan.
