Salah satu faktor persekitaran yang penting tetapi sering diabaikan ialah apa yang kita masukkan ke dalam tubuh kita.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tabiat pemakanan yang kurang sihat tidak menyebabkan ADHD, dan diet yang sempurna juga bukanlah penawar ajaib kepada ADHD. Berikut beberapa cara untuk menyokong fungsi neurotransmitter melalui pemakanan:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Pengambilan Protein untuk Kekal Peka:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Protein membekalkan asid amino seperti triptofan dan tirosin yang diperlukan untuk membina neurotransmitter di otak. Kajian menunjukkan bahawa protein membantu merangsang neurotransmitter yang menyokong kewaspadaan mental, manakala pengambilan karbohidrat ringkas secara berlebihan boleh menyebabkan rasa mengantuk. <\/span>Sarapan yang kaya dengan protein juga boleh membantu menstabilkan paras gula dalam darah dan mengurangkan rasa cepat marah atau sensori berlebihan yang kadangkala dialami oleh individu yang mengambil ubat ADHD.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Pengambilan Karbohidrat Kompleks:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Karbohidrat mempengaruhi fungsi otak dan emosi melalui Indeks Glisemik (GI). <\/span>Makanan dengan GI tinggi (seperti bijirin bergula atau roti putih) boleh menyebabkan lonjakan dan kejatuhan gula dalam darah secara mendadak. Keadaan ini boleh meningkatkan tingkah laku hiperaktif dan impulsif. Sebaliknya, makanan dengan GI rendah seperti oat, kekacang, epal dan yogurt memberikan bekalan tenaga yang lebih stabil kepada otak.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Pengambilan Asid Lemak (<\/b><b><i>Fatty Acid<\/i><\/b><b>):<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Lemak membentuk kira-kira 60% daripada struktur otak. Asid lemak seperti Omega-3 dan Omega-6 memainkan peranan penting dalam komunikasi sel saraf dan membantu mengekalkan keseimbangan oksidatif dalam otak. <\/span>Peningkatan pengambilan Omega-3, contohnya melalui ikan salmon atau biji chia, dikaitkan dengan peningkatan tumpuan, memori kerja dan kemahiran literasi. Dalam sesetengah kes, ia juga boleh membantu meningkatkan keberkesanan ubat ADHD pada dos yang lebih rendah.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Pengambilan Vitamin dan Mineral:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Vitamin C:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Vitamin diperlukan oleh otak untuk membantu proses penghasilan neurotransmiter.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Vitamin B6:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Vitamin ini terlibat dalam pengawalan dopamin. Kekurangannya boleh menyebabkan rasa cepat marah serta keletihan.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Zat Besi dan Zink:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Kedua-dua mineral ini sangat terlibat dalam sistem dopaminergik. Tahap zat besi dan zink yang rendah sering dikaitkan dengan tumpuan yang lebih lemah dan tahap hiperaktif yang lebih tinggi.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Magnesium:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Magnesium memberi kesan menenangkan kepada sistem saraf dan boleh membantu mengurangkan ketidakstabilan emosi.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h4><b>Corak Pemakanan Individu<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apabila melihat corak pemakanan secara keseluruhan, kajian dari pelbagai negara menunjukkan perbezaan ketara antara diet yang berasaskan makanan penuh (whole foods) dan diet yang tinggi makanan diproses (processed foods) terhadap tahap keterukan gejala ADHD.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Pengambilan Diet Barat (<\/b><b><i>Western Diet<\/i><\/b><b>):<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Diet Barat yang tinggi gula tambahan, daging proses, bijirin bertapis dan bahan tambahan buatan sering dikaitkan dengan gejala ADHD yang lebih teruk. <\/span>Sebagai contoh, kajian dari Sepanyol mendapati bahawa kanak-kanak dengan ADHD jenis kurang tumpuan menunjukkan kepatuhan yang lebih tinggi terhadap diet ala Barat. Kajian di Korea pula mendapati bahawa pengambilan lemak keseluruhan dan protein haiwan yang tinggi berkorelasi dengan penurunan tumpuan yang lebih ketara.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Pengambilan Fitokimia dan Hasil Bumi (<\/b><b><i>Real Food<\/i><\/b><b>):<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Beberapa ujian klinikal dari Iran hingga Brazil menunjukkan bahawa pengambilan buah-buahan, sayur-sayuran, kekacang dan biji-bijian yang lebih tinggi berkait dengan peningkatan tahap tumpuan serta pengurangan tingkah laku hiperaktif. <\/span>Makanan yang kaya dengan fitokimia dan karbohidrat kompleks secara semula jadi menyokong tenaga mental yang lebih stabil dan tumpuan yang berpanjangan.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Diet Mediterranean dan DASH:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Diet Mediterranean yang menekankan makanan laut, kekacang dan lemak sihat, serta diet DASH yang tinggi buah-buahan dan produk tenusu tetapi rendah gula ringkas, didapati berkait secara songsang dengan gejala ADHD. <\/span>Dalam beberapa kajian klinikal, kanak-kanak yang mematuhi corak diet ini menunjukkan peningkatan dalam hubungan rakan sebaya, pengawalan emosi dan tingkah laku prososial.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Diet untuk Ibu Hamil:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Kesan pemakanan terhadap risiko ADHD juga boleh bermula lebih awal. Satu kajian kohort besar dari Norway mendapati bahawa diet ibu yang berkualiti tinggi semasa kehamilan dikaitkan dengan risiko diagnosis ADHD yang lebih rendah pada anak di kemudian hari.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4><b>Apa yang TIDAK Patut Dimakan<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kadangkala, menyokong kesihatan otak juga bermaksud mengenal pasti apa yang perlu dikurangkan dalam tabiat pemakanan harian. Sesetengah bahan seperti pewarna buatan, perisa tambahan atau alergen tertentu boleh bertindak sebagai pencetus bagi sesetengah individu neurodivergen.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Bahan Tambahan Buatan:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Beberapa kajian ADHD menunjukkan bahawa pewarna makanan buatan boleh memberi kesan kecil tetapi signifikan terhadap peningkatan hiperaktiviti bagi sesetengah individu.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Gula:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Walaupun gula tidak menyebabkan ADHD secara langsung, pengambilan gula yang berlebihan boleh menyebabkan lonjakan gula dalam darah yang cepat. Keadaan ini boleh memburukkan lagi sifat hiperaktif dan impulsif.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Diet Penyingkiran (Few-Foods Diet):<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Diet penyingkiran, juga dikenali sebagai diet oligoantigenik, digunakan untuk mengenal pasti sensitiviti terhadap makanan tertentu.
