Idzzty believes that mental health care should be accessible, evidence-based, and tailored to the unique needs of every individual. Her passion lies in helping clients navigate their challenges with compassion while equipping them with the skills to foster resilience and self-growth. She strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to achieve meaningful change.
She has experience working with individuals across different age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults. Throughout her career in a rehabilitation center, she has conducted psychological assessments, while providing therapy for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. She has worked closely with individuals with ASD and ADHD, helping them develop social and emotional skills, and has also supported clients adjusting to workplace environments, managing career-related stress, and overcoming self-regulation challenges. Additionally, she has guided parents in implementing behavioral management strategies for their children. She has also worked with individuals transitioning to new environments, such as employment.
Her practicum and professional experiences have provided her with extensive exposure to various clinical settings, including general hospitals, mental health institutions, and rehabilitation centers. These experiences have allowed her to refine her therapeutic approach and intervention strategies, ensuring that her practice is grounded in evidence-based methods tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Idzzty integrates a range of therapeutic approaches in her practice, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which encourages mindfulness and values-based actions. She also incorporates Expressive Play Therapy to support children’s emotional and social development, and parental training to assist families in managing behavioral challenges effectively.
She aspires to continue growing as a clinician and advocate for mental health awareness, particularly in neurodiversity, workplace mental health, and emotional well-being. She hopes to help individuals build confidence in their abilities, foster meaningful relationships, and develop resilience in the face of life’s challenges. Her ultimate goal is to make therapy an empowering and transformative experience for every client she works with.
