Izzat is a dedicated clinical psychologist whose professional ethos resonates deeply with the phrase “If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime.”

With a diverse background spanning training at university psychology centers, government hospitals, and community mental health facilities, Izzat has gained expertise in addressing a wide array of mental health challenges. Experienced in assessing and treating depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorde among other disorders, Izzat’s main therapeutic approach is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She prioritize tailoring interventions to each client’s unique needs, fostering a collaborative therapeutic process and valuing client feedback to ensure effectiveness.

Within her clinical practice, Izzat is committed to serving individuals with adult ADHD, with the hope of helping them thrive and feel empowered. Her passion for cultural exploration is reflected in a life shaped by experiences in various countries, fostering resilience, resourcefulness, and an inclusive approach to connecting with others.

Izzat hopes to make a meaningful difference in the lives of her clients, promoting mental well-being and empowerment. Outside of work, she find fulfillment in outdoor activities, sports, and language learning, recognizing the importance of maintaining her own well-being amidst her professional endeavors.
