Ilani is a clinical psychologist who helps people move through life’s challenges, whether it’s big changes, tricky transitions, personal growth, or everything in between. She blends clinical expertise with practical tools to support real-life progress. It’s about staying grounded, focusing on what you can control, and living in line with what truly matters.
Ilani has training and experience across private, government and NGO practices. She is proficient in a variety of assessments, including cognitive, emotional and behavioral tests, and skilled in interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
She has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups, treating a wide range of conditions including mood disorders, personality disorders, substance-related and addictive disorders, trauma-related disorders, and bipolar disorder. In addition to her clinical practice, Ilani also supports Employee Assistance Programs, providing short-term therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
Her experience allows her to offer support that’s tailored to meet each person where they are. Whether she’s working with teams or individuals, Ilani creates space for people to be real, feel heard, and move forward in ways that are true to them.
