Sherence is a Clinical Psychologist who believes that healing begins when individuals are given the space to understand their stories with gentleness and honesty. She views therapy as a pause amidst life’s demands, a place to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters. Guided by the belief that every person carries the capacity for growth and resilience, her work centers on helping clients rediscover their strength through compassion and awareness.

She holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Taylor’s University and has gained clinical experience in hospital, therapy clinics, and community settings. Her work spans children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, grief, mid-life crises, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, Sherence supports clients in developing self-understanding, flexibility, and a deeper sense of meaning in their lives.

With a special interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals and single parents, particularly mothers, Sherence’s practice is grounded in empathy, respect, and inclusivity. Outside of her clinical work, she finds balance through movement and stillness. She enjoys working out, practicing meditation, attending sound healing sessions, and exploring new places to eat. These activities nurture the same mindfulness and groundedness that she brings into her sessions
