The session begins with a 1.5 hour intake session where the counsellor will explore your concerns in more depth. This helps the counsellor to better understand your situation and formulate an initial plan.

The counsellor will discuss your background, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve through counselling.

The following session (follow-up session) will take 1 hour.

All of our counsellors have at least a Master’s Degree in Counselling and are professionally registered with the Board of Counsellors Malaysia (LKM).

This ensures that you are receiving services from qualified professionals who adhere to strict ethical guidelines and professional standards.

The duration varies depending on your needs and goals. Some clients see improvement within 6-8 sessions, while others may benefit from long-term support. We will constantly review your progress and adjust the duration based on your needs.

Yes, confidentiality is the foundation of our service. Everything shared in a session remains private, with only a few legal exceptions: if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, a case of child abuse, or a court order.

You will be given an informed consent form before the session begins. The counsellor will also explain these limitations in detail during your first session.
